Rooftop friends
Hayakawa meets Konno on the school rooftop, and they quickly become friends and keep each other company. One day, Konno sees Hayakawa engaging in unusual behaviour with a senior, and Konno and Hayakawa make eye contact.
Out-of-focus feelings
Hayakawa always suppresses his emotions because of past trauma. Konno notices this and invites him to relax at home. The interaction between the two gradually heats up, but when Konno shows concern, Hayakawa's emotions explode. Suddenly, the atmosphere between the two changes.
Things that cannot be discarded
Konno accidentally discovers Hayakawa's tape recorder and learns about his past trauma. Konno decides to encourage Hayakawa to pick up music again, and their relationship gradually deepens.
Feelings That Aren’t Just Friendship
Hayakawa once again pursues his dream of music and faces his feelings for Konno. After the final exam, Hayakawa bravely sings in front of everyone and confesses his feelings in the form of music.
